Hi, I’m Meghan
I live in Kansas City, Missouri with my husband of 18 years and our two amazing teenage kids.
I work in design and branding by day, but my true passion is in self-discovery and spirituality. Helping others discover the rich histories of their Souls brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
My past life journey started in a float tank. I was at an emotionally low period and was using a sensory deprivation tank for relaxation and meditation, hoping to bring myself some sense of comfort. As I lay in the dark, I began to see images of an arid hillside and had the sensation of cooling myself in a shallow stream. This landscape was completely unfamiliar to me yet, somehow, I knew it to be emerging from my memory. As I was attempting to make sense of this, I heard the words spoken, loudly and clearly “you chose to be here.” A sense of knowing came rushing over me that this incarnation is not my first, and that I have chosen to occupy this earth many times over.
I was raised as a Roman Catholic and ideas of reincarnation were so far removed from my world-view that I would roll my eyes at the idea of it. How could anyone believe something so fantastical? As I got older, Catholicism resonated less and less, and I became more open minded to other traditions — but still not staking claim of any one belief system.
The float tank kicked off a major turning point for me, leading me to the discovery of Past Life Regression and the memories I store at a Soul level. I have done countless PLRs since then, reviewed many lives, and reconnected with many lessons. Along the way, my sense of Self has blossomed and my connection to Spirit has deepened in profound ways.
Over time, my confidence, understanding, and enthusiasm around PLR grew. Friends were curious about past life memories of their own, and I felt a spiritual tug to be the one to support them in that process. Through practice, experience and study, my PLR practice emerged and I am now so honored to be able to guide others through this powerful experience of self discovery.
