What is Past Life Regression?

Past life regression (PLR) is a gentle process that helps you explore memories from your past lives. By guiding you into a relaxed state, you will uncover hidden stories and experiences that may be influencing your current life. This journey can bring a sense of peace, understanding, and connection to the deeper parts of your soul, helping you to heal and grow. It's a safe and comforting way to gain insights into who you are and where you've been, allowing you to embrace your full, timeless self.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • I charge $150, to be paid over Venmo prior to the start of the session. If you have trouble meeting this cost, I invite you to reach out to me so that we can discuss alternate price points. My aim is to make this experience accessible to anyone that wants it.

  • We’ll start by briefly reviewing your intake form and answering any questions you may have. From there, I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state, walk you through a visualization to connect to a past life, and then we’ll start a dialogue to uncover the details and memories that you’re experiencing.

When we feel the PLR is complete, we will stay in the space of spiritual awareness to connect with our Higher Selves and Spirit Guides to gain further insight. I will then guide you back to a waking state where we can discuss and synthesize the experience, if you so choose.

  • Typically 60-90 minutes. I prefer not to adhere to a fixed timeframe, so that we can allow the process to unfold in the time that it needs to.

  • Please visit my Calendly link to schedule a time that best works for you.

  • A Google Meet link will be provided in the Calendly confirmation email. I appreciate having cameras turned on so that I can better connect with you.

  • I ask that an intake form and general agreement are submitted prior to the start of our session.

  • I recommend that you prepare a quiet and comfortable space for yourself where you will not be interrupted or distracted. Incorporate anything that will create a restful experience for you, such as blankets, pillows, dim lighting, incense, or scented candles. You might also choose to play meditative music at a low volume, without lyrics or ads.

Headphones with a mic are strongly recommended to create a sense of intimacy when we speak. If you are joining from a phone or have a phone nearby, please set it to Do Not Disturb.

It’s best to come well-rested to the session to avoid falling asleep during the induction.

  • Sure! Google Meet does not have a recording function but if you have another method in mind, you are welcome to use it.

  • I am a self taught regressionist and devoted student of this art form. While some PLR certification courses do exist, I find their validity to be questionable and prefer to deepen my practice through experience and study.

If you would rather work with a regressionist that carries some form of certification, there are many wonderful and reputable practitioners to be found. My recommendation is to not take the word “certified” at face value. You can do your own research on the learning program they used to evaluate whether or not the training meets your personal standards.

  • No, not at all. I don’t possess any special abilities beyond an attuned connection to Spirit and an unshakable belief that we are all eternal Souls.

One of my favorite things about PLR is that memories and experiences can only emerge from the client. Practitioners do not plant ideas, influence memories, or “lead the witness.” We simply guide our clients toward the wisdom they hold within themselves.

  • Yes and no. I don’t like to use the word hypnosis because it has connotations that can be uncomfortable for some people. But it is true that we will be using methods of guided meditation that will bring you into a deeply relaxed state, shifting your brain waves from a Beta state to a Theta state. This allows you to let go of Ego awareness and connect more deeply to your unconscious mind.

Hypnosis does something similar, but it can sometimes carry the goal of suggestion and influence. That’s not the objective with PLR. Rest assured, you are in complete control of this experience, you can “wake up” at any time, and I will not be able to control your thoughts or actions. (Nor would I want to!) Your comfort and sense of security is extremely important to me.

  • Yes. The death scene is often the most powerful part of this experience, where reflection and insight are their most potent. You’ll find that the physical sensations or pain of that death will not be present – only the emotion – and you will be viewing it through the eyes of the Soul, which creates a sense of separateness and distance. In short, there’s nothing to be afraid of here. And I will be by your side to offer support and guidance.

  • It’s entirely possible that challenging scenes will emerge and this should be considered a natural and normal part of the process. When I invite our Higher Selves and Spirit Guides to the session, I trust that they will not allow access to a memory or experience that we aren’t prepared for or that we can’t handle.

If we do find ourselves in a memory that feels overwhelming, there are techniques that I can use to create emotional distance and a sense of safety.

  • It’s my belief that everyone can regress but that it will come easier for some than others. WhiIe not at all a pre-requisite, it is helpful when a client has some prior experience with meditation and the act of “letting go.” If you have never meditated before, you may experience some resistance during the induction phase.

I also believe that our Higher Selves and Spirit Guides are playing a role in this process, and what is allowed will be allowed – what isn’t, won’t be. There may be more to the access (or in-access) of our memories than our waking selves might understand.

If you don’t regress, we will spend time exploring this together. We’ll talk about potential barriers, engage your intuition, Higher Self, and Spirit Guides for insight, and we may be able to help release any resistance through guided meditation.

I don’t generally offer refunds for clients that don’t regress, but I am very committed to ensuring a positive experience. If you leave our time together feeling disappointed or like you should get your money back, just say so.
